stock size rims

anyone have aftermarket rims,but stock size & if so what tire size u go with? reason i'm asking is because the 16" rims i looked @ were somewhere about $400,but the d**n tires would run about $800w/tax>

I stuck with 15's on my Versa and used my stock rubber. The stock rims are 15's, and the tires are 185/65-15.

I got a set of 15x7 American Racing Estrellas. They were reasonably priced. The stock Continentals still fit on alright, but I will probably go with a slightly wider tire like a 205 when they need replacing.

There are a couple guys who picked up older Altima 4-lug or Sentra 15" wheels and put them on their V's.

i dont have problem w/ 15 "aftermarket rims. i was just wondering how many people in the comm. had them. may just stay with 15" tires r less expensive & i guess could go with a wider tire for better stability & handeling. right?

Right.

Just make sure if it's an aftermarket rim that it can accomodate the TPMS sensors.

looked up the style i want on discount tire. according to them they will fit.
