Stock setup with fmic, will it run ok?

ok the motorset im getting doesnt come with a ic, but i got a fmic for a good deal off my friend, so can i run an fmic with everything else stock or will i need to run an safc?

you should be able to run the FMIC with no problems.. just less boost response and more lag.
