I have an 93 SE and im planing on doing the Z32 Brake upgrade next month but i still have the stock wheels and i was wondering if i was going to have enough clearance with the stock wheels or will i need to get a new size or spacers. I did some research but i couldnt find an definite answer. Any help would be apprecaited.

se rims won't clear the 30mm calipers, period.

there is one type of SE rims that'll clear the 26mm calipers. behind the spokes, if the metal curves, it won't clear.. that's the type that won't clear. they other type - behind the spokes is flatter, and it will clear. there was a thread on this a couple years ago. try searching 26mm and spokes. that is if you're using the 26mm ones.

There are two types of the S13 SE alloy wheels. This type with the spokes won't clear the 30 or the 26mm calipers. This type without the spokes or notches will clear the 26mm calipers but it's very tight like stated above. This is the rear caliper so you can see how close it is but the wheel does spin without making contact.

Well i was going to run 30mm but im guess im going to have to plan to use the 26mm. For right now im planning on only doing the front calibers and rotors. Ill check my wheels later today and get my verdict. Also is there a stoping power diffrence with 26mm and 30mm? Just to get my facts straight.

You can get them at Phase2 and Heavythrottle all day but you might have to wait a couple of weeks for them to come in like I did.

^ Let me rephrase. Theyre difficult to find at a good price. Z32 30mm Brembo rotors cost half as much as the 26mm rotors in your link....

What about spacers? what would you need for a spacer to clear 30mm calipers?
