Mine is stock for the most part. What do you need? I'm in Claremont. If you say exhaust though, can't help you out.

you have problems with passing the sniffer or just visual? If it's just visual, I have someone you can go to.

don't know.. don't want to put my car up on the rack... if I fail, it will be harder to pass.

I have to go to a test only place... trying to find someone.. but I have an idea that might just work without paying out of my arse for it...

no, I think it's test only.. hahaha... I don't remember now.. I'll have to double check..

In 92 I had to smog it and then I think this year it's test only.. that's the way they do it.

No way, not for an S14. I just got mine tested a couple months ago. Test Only is usually for older cars that they expect will be polluting more I believe, perhaps I'm wrong. Test Only is def significantly more expensive, like double.

I was told that "Test Only" is randomly chosen. Last year I had to do test only, and it cost me 160 bucks! I was pissed...

question about smog. I have a newer car that's 2000. I know a guy that will pass my car visually(if you only have i/e) but he's at a SMOG TEST ONLY center. Am i able to take it there? IT doesnt say in my papers if i have to go to a smog center or test only center.

If it's test only, definatly not. If it's regular, I MIGHT be able to. Had you asked a week ago I would have said yes, but the friend that worked at the shop both lost his job and got evicted from his appt., and the eviction was in large part my fault. He's not particularly happy with me right now, but I have another buddy that I can ask.
