if someone could tell me the ratios and what putting the Z32 NA diff will do to me

both 4.08. obviously nothing aside from better traction.

S13/S14 come with 4.083:1 from the factory...so do NON-turbo Z32's.

Turbo Z32 diff has a 3.69 ratio, but WILL NOT fit your chassis.
