Not saying you are wrong but i over reved my to 8 and engine didnt hit the limiter. Maybe the 1st guy i had put the motor ****ed up some how but just to let ya know 240. Just be careful. + you dont need to rev an sr to 7500 unless you are far from stock.

an sr with a stock t25 will make its peak power anywhere between 6-6.5K rpm so there really isnt much point to go all the way to 7500....sounds pretty sweet bouncing off the limiter tho with a 3 inch exhaust!

They have a factory rev limit that has fuel and ignition cut.

yeah u are definetly past the power band..but when u have a lightened flywheel and LSD and ur commin around a turn w/ both tires spinnin the thing revs up REALLY quick, sometimes too quick for me to react. when im going in a strait line i NEVER bring it past redline.

rev limiter doesnt always hit right at 7500. Ive hit 7585 on my Power FC so I know it can go past it but not much.

What? That makes no sense. Why would they set a redline at 7500 but allow you to rev higher?Trust me its 7500 Ive got data to prove it off my Power FC. Ive hit it plenty of time since traction can be an issue with 300hp in the 240.

I was told cows can fly but thats not true. The SR stock rev limiter is 7500 trust me. The analog needles in cars arnt that acurate. My tach might show close to 8 grand but the power FC tells me exact. The Power FC comes with all factory settings including rev limiter.
