stock rb26 ecu w/ upgraded injectors

Hey guys, the rb26 I got came with 550cc injectors and the stock ecu (I didn't get the ems that the previous owner had). I was wondering if I could run the car with 550cc injectors and the stock ecu. Im in the process of doing the swap now and will be switching over to 1000cc injectors, e85, and a map ecu shortly after I get the car running, but my concern now is can I get the car running with the 550cc injectors and the stock r33 gtr ecu? Thanks as always
