Stock Rb25det runs with 0.1 bar boost only

I did rb25det conversion to my cefiro a31, after conversion I had problem that the boost would not go more that 0.1 bar, I disconnect the wastagate hose and the boost go higher than 0.7 bar. I changed AFM and sparkplugs, tested the WG, coil packs and CAS and I did boost leak test but still same issue.

What should I do?

Note: the engine all stock and the current mods are:
-3 inches exhaust
- 255 lph walbro fuel pump
- 3 inches FMIC

Double check and make sure you have a good boost source without any T's going to the wastegate. If you do and it doesn't your wastegate flap might have broken off.

Currently the boost source connected to the nipple in the cold side pipe, and running the stock setup for boost solenoid.

What do you suggest?
