I have a question too......a B16 in my 240 vs TT Enzo with 200 shots of NOS....who would win? Man what kind of question is that? Its so vague and pointless.

I know, I know! If I bought a Porsche 911 TT and did some mods to it, could it outrun my RB25 powered s14 with turbo upgrade and other mods??? huh? huh?

WHAT I WANT TO KNOW IS WHY PEOPLE ASK THESE QUESTIONS? CAN'T THEY JUST GO RACE AND FIND OUT? HAVE THEY NOT REALIZED ITS ALL ABOUT THE DRIVER? ARE THEY TRYING TO BASE THEIR VEHICLE PURCHASE ON UNREALISTIC ABILITIES?

These type threads should automatically be locked, IMO. You see them on all forums wasting space and people's time.

See, we all can find specs and road tests on stock cars like the FD RX7, but Car and Driver doesn't test RB powered S13 coupes. I dont hes looking for concrete proof, like a video clip of the race, just people's opinions or experiences involving the 2 cars.Maybe a better question to ask (or search for) is quarter mile times for S13 coupes with RB25 motors and just compare 'em to published RX7 times.

BUT IT ALL DEPENDS ON THE DRIVER. NOT ALL OF US ARE PROFESSIONAL CAR TESTERS TO GET OPTIMUM QM TIMES, AND TO COMPARE THEM AGAINST TWO TOTALLY DIFFERETN DRIVERS IS STUPID. NOW IF YOU HAD BOTH CARS AND DROVE THEM BOTH DOWN THE STRIP AND GOT TIMES THATS A BETTER GAUGE.

I don't agree with you guys I think he asked an alright question he just wanted something to compare the speed of the S13 /w RB25 to. thats not such a crime. It does come down to driver, but the DOES have a level of capability regardless of driver and I think thats what he was lookin' to hear about.

Anyways... music I haven't emailed you yet cuzz a lot is going on but I will real soon.

HEY ITS COOL, WE ARE ALL BUSY.YEAH BUT THE ONLY WAY TO GAUGE PERFORMANCE IS TO SIMULATE IT WITH A COMPUTER BASED ON ALL THE SPECS OF BOTH CARS.

I'd look at power vs weight of both cars, tire size, and possibility of a limited slip. That's all. Make your own decision.

HERE A GOOD PERFORMANCE ASPECT TO LOOK AT:POWER TO WEIGHT RATIO

THE GREATER THE AMOUNT OF HORSEPOWER PER POUND, THE FASTER THE CAR WILL ACCELERATE IF GEARING IS THE SAME BECAUSE IT WILL TAKE LESS ENGINE REVS TO MOVE THE MASS OF THE CAR AT THE SAME SPEED.
