Consider keeping them.

Aftermarket parts are worth $0 when you trade and $0 in a private party sale unless you find someone willing to pay extra for them. Most people prefer to build their own ride anyway.

I removed the parts from my G35 and sold them on the net. Get a lot more than $0 for them. Something to think about.
