Does a stock Nav system that comes with the tech package have hookups for an amp and subs? I'm thinking about getting 2 10" JL w6's.. Will my Nav deck work?

yeah, your Nav deck will work, but you'll need high low converters to send the rear speakers signal to your amplifier... unless your amplifier has built in high level inputs... some do, and some don't... I know amps like the Rockford Fosgate 301X and 501X have high level inputs!!
