Stock Nav in a base model car?

Hey, I was wondering if I would be able to add the stock navigation system in a 2010 Altima that came with the base stereo.Could I even buy the Nissan Navigation System from a reputable source?Would it be better to just get an aftermarket system?

won't work..no amp, and vehicle wiring is completely different .. just go aftermarket
