I had my block bored out to 90mm from the stock 89mm bore. I was wondering could I use a stock head gasket with that bore or would it leak.

As long as it doesn't shroud the bore then you would be good, but I doubt that it wouldn't. The Felpro I used was just about 1mm larger than the bore. If you did use it, it will blow again. But like I have said, the Felpro should be large enough.

I used a fel-pro but I am going to pull the head back off and see if that is what it is. I am not sured why it keeps blowing .

Are you using new bolts and torqueing the head down in the right order, and to the right spec? Are you sure the head is flat, how about the deck?

Did you check the head and block to be sure that they are true?

Are you installing the head gaskets dry?
