i recently bought an sr for $2500, it got 155-160 comp through all 4 cylinders

so its a health running motor, and i wanna keep it that way. SOO

its on a stock ECU, stock 370cc injectors, is this ok when i have

Toda Racing Cams 264'sToda Adjustable Cam GearsToda Valve SpringsTomei Rocker Arm Stopperss14 T28 Turbo

its an s13 head on an s14 block

any advice would be great, i just need to know if i should buy an SAFC and upgrade to 550cc injectors before i think about putting this sr in

If youre thinking about getting 550cc injectors go with 740s because at least then you will not max the injectors out with the power you want to make.

Also with the stock injectors what boost are you planning on running?

Before putting the SR in change all the seals and gaskets that you can, also water pump t-stat etc. if you have not already.

I wouldnt go over 250-260hp on stock injectors.

yeah you should be fine, i know someone else running a t28 with stock 370cc injectors at 7psi. It flows a bit better however i dont believe it would damage anything.

No on the cams but i dont know how much that would affect it. They aren't overly aggressive so you should be good. Either way just get an AEM wideband gauge, they are only like $200 right now and definitely are worth it.

with that build you are pretty much comepletly in the safe. i would go however with a larger set of injectors.you can def make a good amount of safe power with that head.hows the bottom?

I made 270whp and 235 ft lbs @ 10 psi on a gt28r with stock injectors and cams. Thats too much duty cycle for the stock injectors. I would upgrade if I were you. With the bigger cams you will be pushing it even on stock boost.

think i'll be ok with 480cc s15 injectors and z32 maf?

what if i swapped out my 370cc's for the s15 480cc's on my stock ecu, would it work? or would i need a tune?

You would need a tune of some sort even with 480cc. Honestly with the 550cc, cams, safc and a N62 maf you would have a fun street car. Although I would do what Omega is recommending. Boost is addicting and you will always want more. 740cc injectors and a rom tune set for the cams and turbo is your best bet, and you could upgrade to a 2871r pretty much as a bolt on from there if the S14 T28 lost it's thrill.
