Stock exhaust unusually quiet!

Hey guys, I picked up and 03 6MT coupe and you can barely hear the exhaust tone.

I searched around I couldn't find any answers. Whether it's starting up or driving away you can barely hear that note.

Anyone have any ideas as to why the exhaust tone is so quiet compared to other stock g35s?

Sure Ill try to get a clip within a few of days (gotta borrow a cam).

Yea, it's pretty quiet but usually on other stock G35's you can hear that tone that only g35's/350z/fx etc. have. But on this car you can't, all you can pretty much hear when starting or driving the car is only the motor.

But while sitting in the car and driving...it's pretty loud.

Any ideas if this is normal?

I researched a bit and someone mentioned clogged cats so i searched for clogged cats but couldn't find any info on this..

arghh it's so frustrating..

I heard something like stock cats only last for like 60~80k something like that... Anyone else got any info?
