STock EVO VIII wheels/tires work on s14?

THey sell them used on forums for aroudn $800, with nice sticky ADvan A046 tires. the wheels are 5x4.5, 17x8, but i can't find the offset anywhere. Will the hub bore or whatever be correct?

i have seen them on s14. the stock evo's offset is +38. i would assume that you'll have to run them as lugcentric wheels, as the hub bore probably won't match. but give em a try, and tell us how they fit!

The tires have a really nice sidewall, but the tread is just too soft, IMO. Also, it takes some heat to get them really working, but they seem to hold up pretty well to heat. Good heavy, sticky tire.

hm, doesnt sound like the best solution. I would need like 15 mm spacers to clear coilovers in front, and the tires' grip would probably spoil me because i'll never be able to get a set of $215 tires again. I would prefer to run hubcentric as well. Bah, another seemingly good plan foiled.
