Stock CD deck help

Hey guys i just had an error on my cd deck and dont really know if its a serious issue or not. I tried searching the site for it, but didnt have any luck. While switching cds via the steering wheel control, it said CD ERR FO and would not switch disk, just kinda froze up? Any help or advice on this would be great. Thanks

Found the below using Google. Looks like the long term solution is to replace the unit.

Hey man thanks for the help, im still under warrenty so it looks like it will be in the shop comes tuesday.
