stock boost for stock clutch

so guys how much boost can stock sr20det redtop handles, i do research but i couldnt find sorry, ?? thx for info... :ylsuper :p face :) :D

sorry i forgot to mantion, i know that it can handle up to 20lbs of boost but wha i mean is that, sr stock clutch can handle how many lbs of torgue and hp, should 14 lbs on stock turbo be ok on stock clutch. sorry i wanst clear wha i said top..

Here is a question for you. Are you in 2nd grade? It isn't that hard to use proper grammer in your posts. It is a lot easier to read and understand.

I am not sure how much a stock clutch can handle, but you should probably install an upgraded clutch before you start boosting. An upgraded clutch costs about as much as a basic boost controller.

or go to northern hydraulics and home depot and make a MBC for $20, and buy a clutch with the money you save ;)

yes the stock sr clutch holds up at 14psi. My friend has been running one, and it doesn't slip at all. He has had it in the car for about 6 monthes, and has prolyl driven 3-4 thousand miles with no problems yet. But while you have the motor out, why not just put a new clutch in. It will be worth it, not having to do it later, and if you dont want to go the cheap route and making your own boost controller, then buy a clutch at time of swap, and hold of on boost controller untill u can afford it.
