Does the RB25 have a stock Air temp sensor or does it read air temp from the maf?

An air temp sensor is not necessary in a MAF application. Only MAP.

The RB20/25/26 are MAF metered systems, so none of them have an AIT.

the 26 has an AIT.. neither the 20 or 25 do. not really sure what the purpose of the 26's AIT is, but it may be used in the load calculation somehow

Like Darius said we have no IAT on RB20 or RB25, idk about the 26... Why are you wondering this? Are you trying to measure your intake charge temperature?

i suspect the ait is present on the 26 due to the itbs, with itbs tuning for all weather conditions can be a bit tricky due to air density diffrences.
