stock airbox to cone filter can be the reason for the code 32?

yesterday I checked my ecu and send me the code 32, in the faq, i read something about the code 32, EGR system, I checked the system and everything it seems to be well , in the faq says that the reason can be that I replaced the conventional filter( stock airbox ) by one of cone... it can that has been for that reason( because i disconnected the sensors)? after to give the code 32, now sends me the code 55 ... all are right! I suppose that the ecu was reset alreadybut i dont know the real reason of the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT,
