Ok so I searched w/o any help or finding any usefull info

So I'm trying to re-hook up my stock wheel but I am missing something can you guys help!?

That's what I got I need to know what I need to re-hook up my stock wheel. It looks like either I'm missing the clock spring or a wire harness any help would be greatly appreciated thank you
