i would tell you to upgrade exhaust to a larger size(mandral piping), but that can get expensive(i would know).. you can upgrade injectors for about 400 bucks, if you plan on doin track events or drift events, i HIGHLY suggest welding the differential plates together, so wheels spin at the same speed.. cold air intake is always a cheap way to 10-20 horse power... uprgrading the clutch to a stage 3 or 4 clutch is important if you plan on doing forced induction(turbo/ supercharger) and if you do that, then u should get a lighter flywheel(my flywheel is 11lbs), if you get a KOYO radiator you will NEVER EVER EVER NEVER EVER overheat!!!!

another thing... KA24DE is a very durable high compression engine.. however, i highly suggest rebuilding the motor and upgrading engine internals before putting any kind of turbo on the motor...

im sure you could order a koyo radiator off some internet web site... i wouldnt go ebay but its up to you... um... i would flush cooling system before removing it, then im pretty sure its just a matter of taking all the piping off and unbolting the radiator, then putting the koyo radiator in.. the radiator you order should be made for you car so it should fit the same way as the old radiator... while you are at it you might as well remove mechanical fans and put eletric fans... there are ways of doing an eletric fans that are complicated, but the easy way is just wiring it strait to the battery and either wiring it to an aux fuse or just soddering a fuse into the wiring itself..

another suggestion is if you are gonna be using the car just for racing, take the ac compressor off...

another way to increase horse power for free is advancing the distributor 2-3 degrees... be very carefull doing it though..
