Hey ya'll,

This is Brian from Dallas and I just picked up a 06 M35 Sport today loaded with everything (except premium). It is pre-certified and has those 19" Chrome sport rims with the Potenza tires. She is a monster and I will take more pics tomorrow.

The dealer mentioned the rims cost $799 a piece. Is that true?

I bought the Tire and Wheel Protection package and the dealer says he put $1400 worth of new tires on it and they are new tires.

2 quick pics. It's dark in the garage but I will take more pics tomorrow...she is a beaut. I think imma call her Betty.

Brian.

Beautiful car!! Those are my favorite wheels on the new M's.

Can you explain this Tire and Wheel Protection package. What does it cover? Thanks!

Well for $500 I got 5 years and unlimited miles of protection from road hazard for both the tires and the rims. So if I hit something and damage either I take it into an authorized dealer and they replace it. I got the dealer to split it so I only paid $250. I have the paperwork but I need to find my nearest authorized dealer. But if something happens I plan on calling the service line and have it towed to the nearest dealer (for free) and get a loaner (for free) then tell them to put on new tire.

Holla!

Welcome to NICO!

That is a nice car indeed.

That list price for each rim seems high, but I do not know for sure - I would not be surprised at that amount per se!

You can contact Joe Tsensky at http://www.everythinginfiniti.com and see what his price would be for a wheel or a set ... Joe is in the parts department of an Infiniti dealer and gives us great prices on OEM stuff.

More pics of my new Betty...I use to speed and now I float....like I am in the new Phantom. My CD's sound totally new with this Bose sound! I had Bose in my Audi but it sounded like a tin can.

The rims are not available in Chrome direct from the factory, They must be 3rd party chromed.

MSRP on the wheels is around there though... each... for non-chrome...
