19 Q70L 3.7. My car started having stinky AC. I watched some YouTube videos and bought Klima cleaner to foam the evaporator but there is no way to access evaporator from the cabin filter nor from drain line. Have you had this done to your car? Any suggestion or help please?

Get some Lysol Spray or a spray bottle of A/C deodorant. Pull the cowl cover, remove the cabin filter and put the filter cover back on, turn the system on high and spray into the intake grating at the back of the cowl. Work the mode control through all positions, spraying for each one. The blower will carry the deodorant throughout the system.
