Not as much as you might think. We have a lot of members out west who don't go to shows and events. Seems like EVERYONE who lives on the East coast goes whenever they get a chance.Dire91 wrote:I will most definitely sign it! I may be completely wrong but based off who I've seen post regularly on Nico aren't there more members who live out west then on the east coast?
Some of the older threads are so large that they bog down the server when they load, refresh, etc. The original Learned'd is bigger than a lot of (complete) forums. Starting over allows things to flow more smoothly, use less power, and lowers the possibility of outages.Dire91 wrote:why are you locking old threads and making new ones, just out of curiosity? Is it to clear up clutter on Nico?
Makes sense, it's probably because the weather is bad 3/4 of the year and we eastcoasters love to get outside when the weathers nice! Can't wait for Carlisle, marks the end of my school year, great way to go out!nissangirl74 wrote:Not as much as you might think. We have a lot of members out west who don't go to shows and events. That's what I thought, makes sense. Not to be a downer but I don't understand the Learned'd thread, just make a huge chatroom....nissangirl74 wrote: Some of the older threads are so large that they bog down the server when they load, refresh, etc. The original Learned'd is bigger than a lot of (complete) forums. It's not meant to be understood.Dire91 wrote: I don't understand the Learned'd thread

Yeah, but instead of racing you can drive your car in place on a dyno!flohtingPoint wrote:They probably dont have stale, dried stranger meat either.numbnuts240 wrote:stillen doesn't have tmnt. /competition.
FYI, Carlisle also has a dyno available to the general public..Red coupe wrote: Yeah, but instead of racing you can drive your car in place on a dyno!
Hmm, this is kind of intriguing. I wonder how little horsepower my little Toyota makes when it's not in E-Prepared trim. It already has an astonishingly little pull to it as it is, I cant even recall how slow it is with it's stock powerband. Maybe I'll start a pool... I know quite a few folks in my region that would have a chuckle at a dyno sheet of my car, particularly some of the Factory Five guys.Bubba1 wrote:FYI, Carlisle also has a dyno available to the general public..Red coupe wrote: Yeah, but instead of racing you can drive your car in place on a dyno!
Not sure about that one Brian. Greg , Bex, and our resident crossdressing, metrosexual (Tyler, if it wasnt super obvious) are coming from AZ. Not sure if we have any Altimas coming from that far.LongBeachCoupe wrote: And let it be known that the ALTI boys are the ones coming from the longest distances to Carlisle!
Flying doesnt count, road miles does!Bmore-coupe wrote:Not sure about that one Brian. Greg , Bex, and our resident crossdressing, metrosexual (Tyler, if it wasnt super obvious) are coming from AZ. Then you need to specify. I'd say Tyler will be one of the "longest distance traveled" winners. Greg and I are traveling 2,279.98 miles and Tyler is 3 hours further South of us.LongBeachCoupe wrote: Flying doesnt count, road miles does!
I'll send you directions to JCCS. You better show up for it, it's in CA!!!krimsonviper wrote:Hmm, West Coast you say? Location please!
