Stillen stage 1 and 2

I been shopping around for a z for the last few months and i ran across one that says it has stillen stage 1 and 2 package. Its an NA car for starters and i have been searching up and down trying to find out what these packages consist of. Can anyone chime in on this?

stage 1 and 2 means it's got a cone air filter and a cat back exhaust, stage 3 means it's got the ecu as well
