Stillen Shifter

Does anyone use the Stillen Short Shifter? I'm curious on opinions, and I am wondering how much of the console I would have to remove to install it. Does anyone have any experience with this item?

i have one and it works fine -- a little different feel than stock -- i would go to ultimatez - they have the stillen if you want to pay double -- or they have one by BM for about half the price

UltimateZ wants $20 more for the Stillen than Stillen does. I don't see that they offer an alternative.

I checked B&M's website, and unless there is a compatibility/application that I don't know about, they don't seem to have one for a 300ZX.

Where did you find a B&M on UltimateZ? (I seem to be a little search challenged or something, 'cause I don't see it...

no you are not search challenged -- i am typing challenged -- it is the MR short throw shifter -- which chris recommends -- at only 99 dollars - sorry for the mis info

*shrug* got an ebay one that I just relubed the ball assembly with lithium grease and put in SPLparts.com copper shifter bushings for a nice solid shift feel. Paid $75 for the shifter and another $20 for the bushings. Seemed pretty good.

The shortest shifter I know of for the Z32 is the one Jerry has. Hopefully he'll chime in about it.
