Stillen Roof Wing Problem

Yeah so 2 weeks ago I toke both the Stillen roof and deck wing off because I was not satisfied with my first install. Both of them were fitting kinda of funky soooooooo i have had to hand peel each little piece of double-sided tape off... I hope it works out the second time..... I should be done prepping it in a couple of days.......... any advice because I cleaned my effing car with mad rubbing alcohol the first time.....

You should have taken pics before you removed them. It would have been easier to give advice.

As for prepping....... I have no idea

basic principle behind any adhesive is a rougher service taht is clean always sticks best.

now i have no idea if that goes with cars or not.

ya not just washing it but clay the area at least to take off sap and contaminants

Make sure there's no wax residue where you are installing them.

I know how that peeling goes... fun times... My roof wing wasn't prepped properly and was damn near close to flying off going down the highway... I just ended up leaving it off and storing it up in my attic lol..
