In a word, don't use them.

I did, to my regret. My front discs were slightly over minimum spec when I put on a set of Stillen pads a couple of months ago. I thought I would get less brake dust.

What I didn't expect was the much increased noise, much harsher stopping, and the crap life of these pads.

I kid you not, I've got less than 8000 miles on them and they are completely shot. My rotors are now way under minimum spec.

I've just ordered both new rotors and new pads and will be putting them on this weekend.

Yet another case of the factory having done a really good design job and me screwing it up by trying to improve on it.

After this experience with the Stillen pads, I would never buy them again. I drive very easily (it's a sedan for Christ's sake) and the pads are completely shot!

I hate to be unkind, but from what I've seen in over 10 years of messing with Nissans is that Stillen parts are either:

1. Ugly2. Crap quality3. Overpriced4. Rebadged and repriced from someone else5. All of the above

Rear sway bars are possibly the only exception. Compare that to JWT - now that's a REAL nissan modifier.

Get Axxis Metal Master or Akebono Ceramic - I've had good luck on several cars with these.
