stillen lip

i started installing my stillen lip on my 95 se and ran into a problem. i used up each type of rivet home depot had and none would hold it properly, i switched to bolts and nuts for now but looks ugly as sin with them sticking out. i need to know the proper rivet to use and also an adhisive to make it an even tougher bond. thanks

I couldnt tell ya man, sorry. I took my stillen kit to the bodyshop and had them paint and install it. My kit came with a small packet of rivets...have you tried looking for more of the same type? If it were me, I would probably go ask a bodyshop and see what they would recommend. On the other hand, you could just try another Home Depot or just wait till they get another order in (which I believe they get weekly). Good Luck!!

definitly wasnt those rivits they sucked. i have to go to the body shop soon anyway wife lost control of her car in the snow and ice monday and hit the curb. took the pass side tire off so i got to go see if the car is worth fixing. they are already at $5000 my cost (friends works there)
