ok... now using common sense... not trying to be rude here.... but when a car is damaged, or requires paint... you go to an auto body shop...

now depending on the colour of your vehicle and what colour you want your lip painted, youll want to look for reputable shops... Tri coats will definitely cost more as it is 3 stages of paint rather then the typical base and clear solid colours have.... shop around... youre kind of on your own on that one unless other NJ members on this forum can point you to a direction.

If you're car's matte black, then yes, if not then you're out of luck.

Haha jk. Some vendors offer parts painted though so its not that silly of a question for someone new to modding. Well, smaller vendors at least
