i really want a lip on my altima coupe, but i cant seem to make up my mind on which one will be better? the stillen or extreme dimensions?

the stillen lip is nice and sleek, but i dont like those two rectangle slits, and the extreme dimensions is just bulky, but the resemblance to a g35 lip is there.

which one???

Nice lip, but with it sitting that low, its prone to get damaged from high curbs and lack of careful driving.

I dont think the lip is too too low...looking at that car, im guessing its lowered... it should be alright since hte clearance on the car is not too bad, but it will still be pretty bad if u hit a high curb

That stillen lip does not match the body lines at alllllll. It looks like they took a stock S14 lip and tried to modify it to fit on a new Altima...Extreme Dimensions FTHUGEW!

Yes, looking directly in front at the Stillen lip, it doesnt look so good. But from the side, it looks good. Im falling for the ED lip though, it looks mean. Is the ED made out of fiberglass? if it is, forget about the ED lip. Fiberglass SUCKS!

I'm digging the headlights as well. How did they do that? Were the modified or completely aftermarket headlights?

Wow,...you guys kill me. I have to agree that fiberglass does suck, and that Stillen lip,.yeah,..I'm not feeling it at all. I have have started thread on this and no one has repsonded so I took it upon myself to do the research. The stillen lip looks to "ricey"IMO but that ED lip is just damn sexy! Both are made of polyurethane but the ED is available in both Poly and FG. Both lips don't come painted but if you know how to shoot paint, you'll save yourself a lot of $$. Luckily for me I can do autobody Since it's getting cold here in PA, guess I'll be getting the ED lip. modifying it to fit perfectly and shoot paint and install in the spring. No sense of doing it now and messing it all up with all the cinders and salts that will be soon be here on the road. As for the lights, I guess if you don't know how to do that, you shouldn't be modifying your coupe. If you don't know, they are the stock lights and NOT aftermarket. Pretty easy to do since I've done that mod on past Acuras. It's just time consuming and definitely not for people who's never done mod-ding in the advance stages.

Hey Danger,

Went to the ED website, wasn't able to find the Coupe Lip. You have a URL for it?

IF you read the description carefully, it said said "modified ED front lip spoiler. It's actually not a lip for the coupe but for another vehicle. They just cut some lines of of it and probably sanded it down to fit...the true essence of modifying! Taking something that's not meant for something and making it work makes the whole experience worthwhile IMO.

Then ... I'm probably out of the running for Modder of the year ...... I know when i'm out of my capability range.

Just a thought, the ED lip rocks IMHO, but, if you look at the profile pics of the FoxMarketing A/C in the SEMA thread, it is way out of whack with the rest of the vehicle. Odd would be a good description.

I think if you're going down the path of the ED lip, your really going down the path of a full body kit/Mod in the end.

Thoughts?

Yea, if you go with the ED lip, you're gonna need side skirts and probably a rear lip too to make it flow.

Stillen, reminds me of the GReddy Lip for the Acura RSX. I would prefer something more with a cleaner look.

My issue with the Extreme Dimensions, it's too Aggressive that you need Sides & Read to make it look right.

Don't like either of them guys. Sorry

The Stillen, I don't like the cutouts and the other one is just way too bulky. I'll wait for something else and consider my options

Por Favor, can someone with a coupe measure side to side across the front and provide a dimension so we can see if the sedan and coupe are even close to the same size?? Starting at the front of the wheel well and measuring across the most forward section of the bottom lip...??? Just like to know if they are the same.

im sure if u kno what your doin u can mod it a lil to fit a lip of a 2dr to the 4dr

but if your not to great at doin it, id suggest u not ruining the lip or ur bumper or hte Overall look of the car

I dont have a problem with slight modification (radius, etc.) but I'm afraid of it being short on the ends. I would never be able to match the profile to extend it a few inches on each side.
