From my research years ago, you're better off saving the money and just cleaning your existing grounding points. There is a HowTo in the FAQ thread in my signature that I wrote a while ago on where many of them are.
THIS, unless your wiring is pretty bad or your grounding points are corroded, you're just spending cash so you can swap wires for engine bay p0rn (assuming you're using colored wiring vs black).
