Stillen front bumper question

Q1. Can you still use factory fog lights behind the fins of the bumper
Q2. I think I'd like mine painted without the lip being black as well, but instead I'd like the center being black, fin painted to car color, and the squares behind the fin painted black as well....it would be on a light color car so ya..I'm just not digging much on the black completely even on the lip part..

I know I've seen at least one picture of the lip not being painted...if you have what I'm talking about please post it..

I'd like to get a good idea what I will be doing etc etc

1. The stillen front bumper doesn't have any mounting points for the factory fog lights, so you will have to rig something up to use them.
2. Not a question?
