Stillen fascia with no bars in grill

i know i have some thread somewhere about this but its hard to find and lately ive gotten a lot of questions about my front fascia so i decided to make a new thread..... it IS coupe specific since the sedans already have the bars taken out of the grill

ok so i bought the fascia with the intention of cutting out the bars because i didnt like the way it looked... here are some pics from when i first got the fascia

ok so after i saw it fit good, i took it off and cut out the bars and put it back on to see how it looks.... after cutting the bars you WILL have HOLES in your grill









then for the mesh grill, i tried to go buy some universal mesh but it turns out every local place stopped selling mesh exactly 3 weeks before i tried to buy it so i went to lowes and got bright green plastic tree guard and a can of matte black spray paint



i had a body shop patch the holes in the grill and bondo the mesh to the fascia..... here is how it looks where the holes used to be (cant tell there ever was a hole there)



painted my radiator black too! i recommend it for people with the stillen fascia and people with the Cmod grill







i unclipped the factory emblem from the factory grill and drilled a small hole in the clip and zip ties the logo to the mesh grill.... here is the final product















it looks MUCH BETTER in person tho, ask aaron (chiapetchua).

thanks for the compliments. about the bars, the bumper was sitting in my friends garage with the bars next to it and the bars got lost... i think someone threw them away..... sorry.
