Stillen exhaust question

Hey everyone, A guy I know sold his 08 M45x and got a new M37. He still has his stillen exhaust from his 08 M45 and said he would sell it to me for $250. My questions are: Will his stillen exhaust from his 08 fit on my 06 without issues? Also I dont want to get rid of my quad tip look and would never spend the money on a megan exhaust or any exhaust for that matter but for $250 its hard to pass up. How hard would it be to have the stillen converted to a quad tip and what might that run me? Ive heard of it done before and youtube shows a few videos of it but doesnt discuss details etc. I do like the sound of the stillen but I would stay stock before I changed from quad tip to dual. Thanks for the help everyone!

Also i would be doing this mostly for sound but any added performance would be fine too. Let me know if you suggest a diff route that would be affordable like make a quad axle back system etc. although im guessing the stillen for $250 would be a much better value.

lol - jump on it. even if it doesn't fit i'm sure people will pay upward of 400 for it if you end up not putting it on. 250 is a deal of the century! especially if you're local with the seller.

Probly cost an hr worth of labor at a good ex shop, maybe 2 max, not including tips.

ok, does anyone know how hard it is to add the quad tips to the stillen exhaust?

Its not hard at all, they just cut them off and weld new tips on.
