Has anyone had any issues with the tape that came with the Stillen Rockers, Roof Wing, and Lip spoiler?

The tape has pretty much lost all of its adhesion in about 5 months... I had to take my roof wing off for fear of it flying off! (I'm not to upset by this as I found that I like the look of the car better without the roof wing) Now my side skirts and I just noticed today that the lip spoiler is starting to lose its adhesion...

I don't think its an issue of the surfaces not being cleaned - it just looks like the tape couldn't take this abnormally high VA heat.

P.S. - If anyone wants to purchase this black roof wing let me know! You'll have to get the remnants of the tape off yourself though...

Ya, if you don't scratch up the surface of the urethane, and apply adhesion promoter, it wont stick as well. The surfaces I applied the method to, worked fine. the others did not hold well

quick side question about hte side skirts...

i know its taped on the flat area, but the ends of the skirt has bolts/screws right? that sounds pretty rediculous if its 100% reliant on tape lol...

It has bolts and screws on the ends for secuirty because its 5 feet long. The front and back of the rockers have a flat piece that forms like the stock mud guards. You need to secure that angles as well, and you need to secure it in plastic. Therefore, screws
