So I tried searching for this but wasn't successful, so sorry if this is a repost...

My Stillen fascia is sagging at the bumper gap area... I know the bumper gap is expected, but I'm getting quite a bit of sag. I installed the fascia myself, and two holes on top, where two clips are inserted, are basically empty. Here's a pic of Dangeris' ride:

On my bumper, the clips indicated have nothing to go through. Bellow those holes is... nothing. I think Jhonny_d may also have this problem...

Can anyone shed some light on this please?

yea, my bumper wasn't sagging that bad before but now it's getting worse. I'm gonna have to remove my bumper and see what can be done about that clip right there

I have no idea what brace you are talking about Pic or more explanation would be great.

Matter of fact I didn't get anything from Stillen besides the bumper... Had to use my own bolts

ok, i found the brace. The reason why i didn't know about it is a long story. I went to the shop and took the broken bumper home to my girl's house. Her dad took it apart and saved the grill for me. When the car was put together, they didn't see that part so they didn't install it. I found the piece later when i sold my grill but wasn't sure wat that is for. Aniway I was removing my bumper to install the brace and noticed there was some paint chipping off from the bottom of the bumper. I'm gonna stop by the shop tomorrow and have throw a fit with the service advisor. I repeatedly told him they have to use a primer. Now the underneath the bumper is bubbling up and chipping. It's not as thick of a paint as other parts but still that is not a good sign!

btw, here's the part #62242 from this picture you can see it

Yeah, That's right. I remember talking to the guy that installed the bumper and he told me that there is a brace underneath the fascia. I had the problem too but not as bad as you guys have it. He fixed it by shimming something between the brace and the fascia itself.

Yea its a factory brace that is installed in that area where those 2 clips go. You have to take it off your stock bumper and install it on the Stillen fascia to provide the added support. Item number 17 in the below link.
