maybe i'll push that further down the list...mcheddadi wrote:btw the price is: 1,139.58$
What? With all of your new body mods you mean you don't have a flock of sugarmommas chasing you down with their wallets open? WTF?Jose3.5 wrote:Can I have these for my birthday? It's next month.
Haha, yeah, you guys should. Two questions for you Stillen folks: Any numbers as far as how much stopping distances are improved? Would the 7.5% off Pre-Labor Day sale apply to these?Jose3.5 wrote:You guys should do financing...
touche sir! it's been in talks..Jose3.5 wrote:Unfortunately no, they keep saying that the rear bumper is missing something *hint hint*

LOL.. kyle.. or josh.. whatever..spockrock wrote:guys read his post Kyle said the rotors become silver after use.
I would prefer to wait for both front and rear, but this a great in between stock and ap racing brake kit.
I saw, but what you'll get is not a totally silver rotor-- just the brakepad strip.... yuck!spockrock wrote:guys read his post Kyle said the rotors become silver after use.
LOL sorry Josh.....yeah I have looked at the AP kit, I think I should save up my pennies.Josh@Stillen wrote:

To be honest the STILLEN 2-Piston kits we do are the performance budget kits, and will only be a front setup, as you're looking to maximize the value in a braking kit, and as mentioned, the front does 75-80% of the braking for most applications.
If you are the one that needs maximum performance, than you should be considering at least the front AP Racing kit, which is awesome, and can be coupled by a rear AP Racing kit, which brings you to the ultimate level.
We have both the front and rear kits on the blue STILLEN Altima, which I've driven.. and its amazing. What you start looking for more than anything is who is in your rear view mirror.. because I can guarantee you they can't stop anywhere near that fast..
I can accept that... if you guys wanted them plated in silver, and are ready to buy.. I'll go out on a limb and make that happen for you.ADKSaad1387 wrote:i cant get over how its gold.
It does.. but it's a little deceiving too.. what you're not factoring in is the individual upgrades a lot of people do over time to increase braking potential.alphapig wrote:Looks sweet, but steep pricing, as all big brake upgrades are it seems.
the problem is... if you have chrome or machined open face wheels, like mine for instance, you can see the ENTIRE rotor, and that would just look awful... I've seen these "gold-looking" rotors on a car with chrome whels and they look rediculous IMOLegendRacer wrote:whats wrong with gold? makes it stick out a lil more since your paying like 1500 for the rotors..before install...why not have it stick out a lil more..
its like buying a nice diamond ring, and hiding the diamond..
That's great news!Josh@Stillen wrote:

Financing was also brought up in a meeting today.. there are some neat programs that are very automotive related.. we (the marketing staff) are on it.. it's always nice to finance an item that is going to be with your car for a long time.. versus the wife/girl wanting that vacation that's over the minute you get back..
