I have it installed on my Versa. I have to say, its sounds great! Its not raspy at all. Nice mellow tone throughout all the RPM ranges. At first I felt it was actually a little too quiet, but after 2 months of so, its broken in nicely. Youtube.com has some videos on it.

Just wait on a catback.

If you are going to buy an exahust at least let it actually help the engine breathe. Otherwise if its just for sound, well, I hate to, but...

You can just have a custom cat back made for that kind of money... on the versa speed site the tanabe axel-back is priced at $360... my custom cat back was $375 installed
