edit: wow, censorship ftw. isn't it safe to assume there are no children on this board who will take offense to a few dirty words? anyways, i hope you take more pics since you got those sexy gtr tail overlays installed. its been a few days since i got mine installed (Thx ramon) but i don't see it getting any darker.

is it just me or in these 2 pics does the bumper look like a different color (i.e. different shade of grey) than the rest of the body?

Here are a couple more shots with Bats GT-R style overlays - Ramon did an great job on the install. They really go with the aggressive look of the Stillen fascia.

It's actually interesting...our gap is tighter than the factory body gap. The factory body gap can easily fit an entire finger with room to spare.

Oh man I need one. I got an estimate on paint for it and they quoted 280.00 Sounded cheap but i know you get what you pay for.

Damn, i was hoping they'd be shipped today. But come to think of it, i haven't even gotten quotes from paintshops yet. I'm thinking of prepping it myself then giving maaco a call.

Maaco only sucks because of the fact that they do little prep work as possible. For something as simple as this front bumper, im sure they will be just fine. Their paint is fine from a lot of my cars friends as examples, only they dont even spray the inside, just coats on the outside blocking out all glass.

Hey guys,

I am REALLY sorry for the delay in shipping these fascia's. We have EVERYTHING finished on them we're just waiting to write the instructions. Unfortunately my R&D guys have been flat out for the past week trying to get some special projects ready for unveiling at this show this saturday.

Walter- Please don't be mad at Andrew! He has been bugging me daily for updates on the ship dates. He really wants to get this out to you and he's working hard for ya!

We really just want to make sure that the instructions are absolutely perfect and our engineers aren't rushed trying to get them out. The better the instructions are the easier it will be for your painters. Trust me, it'll be well worth the wait.

Again, I'm really sorry for the wait. I expect the instructions to be finished on Monday.

Good to hear things are still rolling, but i was wondering, do you think they will be shipping out ON monday? And is there any chance i can pay extra to bump my shipping up to 3rd day select? I was hoping i could get it before NEXT friday. I should have an order under the email [email protected]

I'm most likely going to be gone for a couple weeks after next friday, thats why i was hoping i could get it before friday, get it painted and leave with the fascia already installed onto my car.

I will do my best to make sure that the fascia's leave ON monday. If that isn't possible then I will contact you immediately and let you know.

One thing to consider is that if you're going to be away for a couple of weeks, it might be better to leave the car with the paint shop so they can do a perfect color match...

Just throwing it out there...

So whats the secret of the very small gap between the grille and hood?

Some of the coupe guys, including myself, have an interesting looking sag in that area. Enough to fit 2 fingers...

And yes the stock metal support bracket thingy is installed.

Not to thread jack or anything, but is there a solution to the sagging fascia?

That sounds good, thanks. And yeah i was considering just leaving it there for blending, its either that or give them the two color codes, the white nissan one and i found a matte black that i wanted the accents to be on the fascia so we'll see. Might even be a possibilities that im not leaving at all so everythings still up in the air.

Hey kyle, any news on the finalization of the fascias? I was originally going on a trip but the rain in jersey here is way un-predictable and it got rescheduled so theres no rush to get the bumper anymore. Just my desire to have that thing on my car Lemme know whats up
