still won't start, need some help!!

first off my car is a 95 240sx se, battery is good, starter is good, alternator is good, and the clutch start switch is new.i've also checked all the fuses and relays. i've got power lights, accessories, etc. when i turn the key i get nothing, no clicking no starter sound, nada. but i don't lose power. when the problem first started, the car would start about every 5th time, but now it doesnt start at all. if anyone has an idea as to what it might be please let me know. thanks.

yes, starter has been tested. i have power, when i turn the key from on to start, i here the relay click once but the starter does not engage.

on the starter there is a clip that connects to the solenoid, how does that look because you might not be getting a starting signal or your ignition switch could be bad! does it have a factory or aftermarket alarm?

black wire to solenoid looks good.. already tried to jump power to it, got an arc but no start. factory alarm. anti-theft relay maybe?? did used to go off randomly.
