still won't start, need help!

first off my car is a 95 240sx se, battery is good, starter is good, alternator is good, and the clutch start switch is new.i've also checked all the fuses and relays. i've got power lights, accessories, etc. when i turn the key i get nothing, no clicking no starter sound, nada. but i don't lose power. if anyone has an idea as to what it might be, please let me know. thanks.

- but it will start sometimes when i place the shifter into first gear

... but its only going to get worst unless i can figure out the cause.

i've read elsewhere that it may be - the ground that connects to the starter if it is not attached or the wire has gone then we got problems. but we may have two seperate problems and that may not be your solution.

well i hope thats the case, if so i'll just go get a new starter. i had mine checked but you never know. everything always works when someone else is watching, lol.
