Still Will not run

[STGH]

I bought this car about a week ago and the only thing it needed was a upper timing chain tensioner. Done bought it put it in, and timed the upper chain ( been messing with it for 4 days ) had to tap and helicoil a few valve cover bolts.. blah blah. Well after much headache I timed the cams and made damn sure they were right. I timed the distributor and still cant get it to run. Yes I'm getting fuel and yes I'm getting spark. Granted I figured out the other day that cylinder 1 spark plug was stripped. I'm not really sure where to go from here. My other guesses would be that I either, A: I'am not getting propper fuel/air mixure, B: That who ever owned the car before me did not time the lower chain correctly. Any thoughts or suggestions would help, thank you
