I recently recirced my bov. I did it right and have now thoroughly checked for vacuum leaks. When under decel, and pulling vacuum, my wideband is telling me I am running at around 10.5-1. That SUX!! I've got a JWT ecu tuned for my 740's and the z32maf. I know jwt tunes rich. I've got an safcII and a fpr. My afr's are fine at all times except under decel at max vacuum. I'm only running about 30psi of fuel right now. I just wonder if the safcII can't subtract enough from those 740's to get it right. Under the conditions I've mentioned, my safc is tuned to -50%. So it's maxed out. Any clues?

If that is the only time you are running into a rich condition and your running an APEXi and stock ecm combo I believe you are just going to have to get used to it or step up into a better electronic management.

Just for kicks what are your other A/F numbers?Idleaccel <2500RPMaccel >4000RPMWOTdecel >4000RPMdecel <2500RPM

All taken in gear not in neutral and please have a passenger get the A/F numbers while you drive. We dont want you to get hurt!

Well like I said, I've got a jim wolf tuned ecu. Word on the street is, they tune rich. So what I'm what I'm thinking is this... the most fuel you can subtract from my injectors using the safc is 50%. So if I subtract the max amount of fuel that cuts them down to basically 370's (which is stock sr size). So if the jwt ecu is making it run rich, that cancels out some of that right? And I've got bigger cams (previous owner told me it has dual 272's in it) My guess is it's gonna be trying to run rich ALL the time. I've also got the fact that my turbo is big. Precision sc61. That thing won't even start spooling until like 3500! So no boost means that alot of fuel is getting dumped in at low rpm. The safcII can only handle so much. The only thing I can think of is trying to drop my fuel pressure down more and compensating for it by adding fuel where I need it with the safcII. And like I said, my afr's are good everywhere but in vacuum at decel. I've got my wideband mounted right in front of my FACE!!!!!11111
