still running rich after tuned up. please help (searched)

my car 95 240sx se 5 speed was running extremely rich when i bought it.

so, I changed the spark plugs, wires, rotor, dist.cap, o2 sensor, oil(syth) , and z32 oil filter. seafoamed as well.

and now, the milage improve a bit. but still less than 19 mgp. probably less than 18.

the new plugs are ngk gpowers, and wires are the ngk blues, and the o2 sensor is ntk(ngk).

i didn't had them changed at once, first i had my plugs and o2 sensor changed since my wires came late. the first 2 days i was running on new plugs with old wires. but the car perform way better than b4. then my wires came, so i bought the dist cap and rotor along. then i changed them.

today, a week later, I think the car isn't running as good as when it was on new plugs with old wires.

and the milage only improved a bit.

guys, please help me out, I cant stand the bad milage. what else I could do to make it runs better. and have a better milage?

is it running really rich like u can smell or see smoke, or is it just that ur gas mileage is crappy? how do u drive it? injectors could be unhappy too, u can have em flow tested for like 40 bucks at a kragen.

the mileage is crappy. and I drive in the city most of the time. yes, i do push it occationaly.

My car idles fine, for the smoke, well, it's winter, i cant reallie tell, white smoke always come out when start the engine right?

I've been hearing all the things about mafs. could it be the problem?

I know i have a different engine in my 89 s13 but i only get 20-21 mpg. Unless you know it is a rich problem i would jack the car in the air and spin each wheel to see if the brakes are slightly rubbing that can cause bad milage. It had me only getting 18 mpg in my 95 eclipse. Just a thought
