still not starting

about a week ago i changed the spark plugs and wires b/c I thought and was told it was misfiring...b/c it was jerking when i was driving(speeding up and slowing down kinda irregular)...so I did checked the firing order like three times...and it still wont start...now it sounds like my battery is dying..lights dimming when I try to start the car...someone please help...b4 my baby dies...P.S.- it turns over and it sounds somewhat normal but I wont start...

Have you ever installed spark plugs or wires before? Make sure you put everything back properly. There really isn't much else to say. I could verify the firing order for you but I don't know what car you have.

I have a 96 240sx base mod.yeah I have the firing order is 1-2-4-3 clcokwise...I have double checked it like 5 times..so I guess that makes 10 timesI just cant find the provlem...I looked at the spark plugs they dont look like they are firing.

The firing order is 1342.

yeah exactly thats in a counterclockwise fashion 1-3-4-2I jus simply wrote that in reverse, clockwise, 1-2-4-3I mean I just checked it again.

You're right. I overlooked the clockwise part. Why don't the plugs look like they're firing? Is this your first time doing this?

yeah, on my car...I've done it at my uncles shop on BMWs and other cars. but their not blackened at the tip...my knock sensor has been sending out a code from the time I bought it...if it has gone out can it cause it not to start??

Are you getting spark at each plug? If that's OK, then you may be having a fuel delivery problem.

Well I almost sure its not fuel...we took off the fuel line and turned it over and the flood gates opened..we also force fed the car some fuel still no start...ummm, se only checked spark @ one of the plugs...if one isnt firing wat shuld I look to do...??( will look in2 that 2day) And if it isnt that wat else may it be an issue???
