so i did some troubleshooting on my car today, it has been uber reliable (touch wood), but its still not where i think it should be...

heres the issues...

running rich, not uber rich, but rich enough that it pops sometimes when i get off the gas, weird as all hell idle - sometimes it shakes, sometimes it revs up and down (down to 500 then back to 1500), sometimes, not too often, but sometimes it dies out completley. the timing bounces around, as if a sensor is out, but theres no codes. it just doesnt seem to pull as hard as my friends redtop thats only running 7psi, im running 10.

the test results - no boost leaks, i have blocked off the charge piping and put shop air to it, no leaks in the piping. HOWEVER, when i leave it to the tb, but block off the IACV pipe on the charge piping side, i do get some air passing the tb, - TPS is dead on - KA24E mafs is new - Vacuum sits between 19-20 at idle - CAS is new, harness is new, 90% of sensors are new including ECU - plugs are gapped to .30 - coil packs are all tightened down, - BOV is recirulated, still no diff

im at a loss...i want to be 100% for once haha

Make sure your ECU is tightened completely. i find Its hard to tell with the plastic connector. Lose ECUs can cause weird problems

Have you checked your timing?

when i set the timing with my light, it sets it at the 2nd mark from the right when facing the car.

but when i plug the tps back in, it bounces around.

Verify spark in all 4 cyls by unplugging coil packs one at a time while engine is running. If the sound of the engine does not change, that cyl is not firing properly. Do the same with injectors (less likely since you are running rich).

SR runs surprisingly well on 3 cyls. but it will run rich, idle will bounce, timing can be wacky, loss of power.

Could be coilpack, grounds or ignitor causing loss of spark.

got a few things figured out, the dump pipe blew the gasket right at the turbo, fixed that, the fuel pressure was at 43 with vac instead of 43 without vac. now i have a weird surging idle

it goes from 500-1500 at idle, then when i drive and come to a light it dies...

thinking mafs?

Your idle problem sounds like a bad IACV. You could try cleaning it, but your best bet is to purchase a new one.
