Have you done the cas sensor test? Have you pulled your plugs and check to see if they are wet/dry? How old are your plugs?

I'm at home w/o my book (at the shop) what is code 55?

If you could answer the questions I asked (not trying to be a jerk saying this... the internet doesn't convey tone very well)... I might be able to help. Working backwards is one of the only ways to figure this stuff out bud.

Sounds stupid, but you did plug both sides into the igniter, right?

Is the starter turning the motor over? Have you tried testing the spark plugs if they fire when cranking the motor over?

I really have no clue, just throwing out questions.

The CAS test is when you pull the CAS out and spin it the same as it would in the motor (with the ign in the on position). Pull all of the coil packs out and put the spark plugs back in... then you spin the cas and it should fire in firing order if they are working correctly. First things first... see if there is spark... let us know what you find out.

I am having the same problem too, I am getting no spark, I pulled out the coil packs and tested them for spark, none. I turned the key on, and test the wires at the ignitor, and the 6 wires(pink) on the pass side of the ignitior show 12 volts, and the 6 wires on the driver side(blue), nothing even while cranking. The 3 wire gray plug in front of the has one thick white wire, and i think 3 black with other color wires, I am getting 12 volts fron the white wire, and one of the other wires. So I am assuming that we do have power going, but no spark. I checked the plugs after trying to crank it it, and they weren't wet so I don't think the injectors are firing either. Any ideas?

What did you do to fix it? Thats the EXACT same problem Ive having, not getting power to the ignitor. All the wires on the drivers side plug show like .3 volts, so Im thinkin I missed a ground somewhere. Heres what Ive done to try and diagnose the problem:

Did the CAS test, all the injectors are firing but the plugs arent

checked the voltage on the plug to the ignitor, all were about .2-.4 volts

checked relays, all seem to be working fine and have the right voltage

checked my wiring, everything is good to go

re did the engine block ground, its good to go

tried the ECU diagnosis, but just found out I didnt do it right, so Ill try that again tomorrow

Ill be all over that engine tomorrow, so any feedback or tips tonight or tomorrow would be awesome, thanks.

Will do mang.

As for the injectors not firing, is your fuel pump running? If it isnt, put a green realy in the two slots in the underhood fuse box, that should get the pump going. I just went through that today, and I was getting frustrated, did that and it got the fuel system rollin.

Could that be a problem? Running the two relays on the RB cluster and the two relays on the fuse box at the same time? I wouldnt think so, but Ill try that again tomorrow too.
