Still no spark?? (S13 in nissan truck)

I am still having troubles here with the swap of the S13 SR20det into a 91 hardbody. At first I was having ECU power problems but that will be fixed later. I have power by jumping the ECU and the Orange ignition start wire. The truck has started a couple of times but timing is way off and now there is no spark and the ECU coded 21 which is no ignition signal. I now have no clue what to do now so please HELP. thanks

your gonna have to wait and see if chris can help you as I am not familier with the wiring on the sr20det.
